    Where are you located?

    Chapel Hill, North Carolina. We’re proud members of the most progressive and inclusive community in our home state of North Carolina.

    Where are your linens manufactured?

    We love discovering beautiful, functional pieces that will add color to your home for years to come. Many of our linens are crafted in India while others originate in France, Egypt, Portugal, Russia, Sweden and the United States.

    My new item doesn’t look exactly like the picture.

    Remember that colors vary based on the screen they are viewed upon. There might be a slight difference in the shade or tone of your item. Sometimes there are variations in dye lots. Pattern placement will also vary, meaning the cherries on your oven mitt will be in different places than the cherries in our photo. If the difference is too great or the color is completely off, let us know

    I received the wrong product.

    Holy moly! First of all, review the point above regarding slight color or pattern variations. If the item is indeed wrong, let us know

    Payment

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and [link: Wild Cotton Linens Gift Certificates]

    Do you accept purchase orders?

    No. As a small retail business, we do not accept purchase orders.

    Do you sell wholesale?

    No. We do not accept wholesale accounts, but we’re happy to help with bulk orders or large projects. Get in touch here and let us know what you have in mind!


    Shipping

    How do you ship?

    Priority Mail and UPS. Most of our packages will ship via the U.S. Postal Service, but larger packages will be routed through UPS. All expedited orders will ship via UPS.

    Will I be able to track my package?

    Yes. You will receive tracking information at the time of shipment.

    Can I request UPS shipping?

    Yes. Leave us a note in the comment box during checkout.

    Can I request shipping by FedEx, DHL, carrier pigeon, etc.?

    No. We only ship through the United States Postal Service and UPS.

    Can you ship my package on my UPS account?

    No. We do not ship on customer UPS accounts.

    My package was returned to you marked as “Undeliverable” by the Post Office. Now what?

    We’ll contact you if a package comes back marked as ‘Return to Sender’, ‘Insufficient Address’, ‘No Such Person’, or another undeliverable code. We’ll ask you to provide an alternate or corrected shipping address. There will be an automatic $5.00 reshipment fee for all orders that must be corrected and reshipped. This charge will be applied to the original payment method.  

    Do you ship internationally?

    Not yet. We currently ship to all locations in the United States, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

    Can I ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address?

    Yes. We proudly offer standard shipping to all official military addresses.

    Will my package require a signature?

    No. Your package will not require a signature and will be delivered as you normally receive Postal Service or UPS packages.

    How will I receive my Gift Certificate?

    As an email. All Gift Certificates will be delivered in a digital format to the email address provided in your order.  

    Returns

    Can my purchase be returned?

    Yes. If the item is unused and was purchased in the last 30 days.

    What should I include in the box?

    • The item(s) being returned
    • The original packaging and tags
    • The ‘Return/Exchange’ portion of your packing slip

    Lost your packing slip? Print a new Return/Exchange Form.

    Do I need an RMA?

    No. We’re a small company and we process every order by hand. All we need is a Return/Exchange Form.

    How will I know my return has been finalized?

    We’ll confirm your return by email. A return confirmation will be sent to the email address in your original order.

    I received a return confirmation email, but I don’t see my refund in my bank account/credit card statement?

    It can take up to 72 hours to see the returned funds appear in your account (especially if we processed your return over the weekend).

    I lost my packing slip. Can I still return or exchange my purchase?

    Of course! Print this form: Return/Exchange Form and follow the instructions.

    I received a gift. Can I return or exchange the item(s)?

    Yes.  We would be happy to exchange your item(s) for something that better suits your taste. Undecided? You’re welcome to return your item(s) and receive a Gift Certificate.

    Exchanges

    Can I exchange my purchase for something else?

    Sure! If the item is unused and was purchased in the last 30 days.

    Will I pay shipping on the exchange?

    Nope. We’ll cover the shipping to get your new items to you.

    What if I want something that’s more expensive?

    We’ll send you an email for review. No financial transaction will take place without your direct approval.

    What if I want something that’s less expensive?

    You’ll receive a refund for the difference. It’s that simple.
